You take control, own stuff, and make me feel confident that I can step away more and more. I feel I'm being more present as a mom and wife right now.

We implemented the structured interview process and my newest hire locked up 11 deals in her first 30 days. Game-changing stuff for recruiting, and I have been doing my own hiring for 8 years.

What's inside

What the Agency Report Card gives you

01

The 6 numbers that decide profit

Cost per signed customer, CAC, LTV, trailing-12-month LTV, match rate, and the full pipeline. Score each one.

02

Why cheap leads lie

A real account: $17.04 leads that looked smart, next to $56.80 leads that returned twice the cash. Cost per lead can't see that.

03

Your report card score

Grade your agency's report out of 12 and read where you land, from flying blind to in control.

04

The receipts

$43,707 spent, 774 leads, one purchase worth $0, on a $2M business. What one number quietly hid.

05

The email that ends the guessing

A two-sentence message that makes your agency show the six numbers. Copy it, send it today.

How to grade a marketing agency's report

An agency report card is a scorecard you run against the report your agency already sends you. It isn't another dashboard to log into. It's the same PDF or link you get every month, graded against the six numbers that decide whether the spend made money.

Most monthly reports lead with impressions, clicks, and leads. Those are real numbers. They're also the three numbers furthest from your bank account. A report can show all three climbing while the business gets thinner underneath it.

What's missing is the pipeline. Leads to appointments. Appointments to quotes. Quotes to signed. Cash actually collected. When the report stops at step one, nobody in the room can tell a good month from an expensive one.

Here's the two-minute version of the whole scorecard. Ask for your event match rate. Then ask what a signed customer costs you, not what a lead costs. If the room goes quiet, you already have your grade.

This is a reporting problem, not a character problem. Most agencies get measured on the metrics they report, so they report the ones they control. Grading the report is how you change what gets managed.
